Back Cover.

On our back cover last month we featured the beautiful avenue of poplars in their autumn coats leading into the Maitai Valley. This month we have gone a little further into the valley and on to the Maitai Run owned by Miss R. Z. R. Richardson, where we found a fine herd of Herefords quietly grazing beneath another fine stand of autumntinted poplars.
