Harbour Swim

Strong winds which whipped up the normally pacid waters close to Tahuna Beach helped to increase the difficulties for swimmers competing in the annual swim from the Aurora Sailing Club to the surf club on the beach. Of the 14 starters, only seven completed the journey. Tony Cato won the race only seconds in front of last year's winner, Campbell Gould.
