Aero Club Camp

The Nelson Aero Club made history when it held New Zealand's first aero club camp. Members of sister clubs from many parts of New Zealand brought aircraft to Nelson for the occasion and they were treated to plenty of flying and a host of social activities. Climax of the camp was a "flyover" of Nelson by 15 aircraft.
