Country Won Tennis
A popular event on the Nelson Lawn Tennis Association's programme is the Town-Country fixture, this year won convincingly by Country, 39-25. The event is held in two sections, one in Nelson and the other in Motueka. The match gives many players who are just below provincial representative standard a chance of keen competition.
