Forsaking his position as Crown Prosecutor in Nelson and a partnership in the firm of Ralfe, Ralfe and Boyle, Des Boyle uplifted wife Mary, and children Mary, Therese and Anne to return to Christchurch where another legal partnership awaited him. Des and Mary came to Nelson 10 years ago.

Tom Clarke, a reporter with the N.Z.B.C. at 2ZN, has taken wife Sheryl and children Kim and Johnny to Auckland. They were in Nelson a year.

Two new arrivals, nurses at Whareama Hospital, are Pam Hewison, of Maruia, and Anne Mc-Hugh of Blenheim.

To get a little closer to the fishing grounds, Pat and Faith Wells have shifted to Westport. With them go Russell and Lynnette (back) and Bronwyn and John (front). Pat is a fisherman on the trawler Challenger. They came from Have-lock to Nelson 10 years ago.
