We noted recently that there had been complaints about the "lavishness" of the new roundabout and traffic islands at the Halifax Street-Haven Road corner While the new system is quite complex, we believe the council has done an excellent job in dealing with this very bad bottleneck. Funds for it, incidentally came from the National Roads Board.
