The area of land at the right of the footpath in this picture is a Council reserve towards the top end of Murphy Street. Although not overgrown, the playing surface is fairly rough and not very attractive for children and so is seldom used by them. This is a reserve which could well receive Council attention, especially since the city is so short of playing areas. Or one of the service organisations might like to equip it for the children?

The beat of the music and the grace of the dancers was too much for Karen New and Patricia Lauria, as they watched the ballroom dancing over Easter. They set their dolls to dancing too.
