Jolly Jumble Sale

When four Kaiti schoolgirls decided they would like to do something for people less fortunate than themselves, the result exceeded even their own expectations...the handsome sum of £17/5/- they raised with a "Jolly Jumble Stall" will go to aid the funds of the Foundation for the Blind.

The four girls were Jennifer Shirley, Glenia Grant, Shirley Wilson and Linley Stevenson, and the stall was held at the Shirley home in Harris Street.
