Smith, Sussex, England, and the late Mr Smith. The attendants from left were Anne Robertson, Auckland (chief maid), Mr N. Mills, Auckland (best man), Wendy Izard, Timaru, cousin of the bride, Mr D. Pope, Auckland, Pamela Savage, Auckland, cousin of the bride, and Mr M. Wilson, Auckland. The future home of the couple will be Auckland.

Bennett--Shanks. At the home of the bride's parents, Robin Margaret, daughter of Mr and Mrs C. H. Shanks, Omaroa, Tahunga, was married to Peter, son of Mr and Mrs O. H. Bennett, Bushy Knoll, Hangaroa. The attendants were Ann Benson, Ruatoria (chief maid), Judy Newman, Waipaoa, Mr M. Bull, (best man), and Mr J. Bennett, brother of the groom. The flowergirls were Ann Sherratt, Carol Fraser, Wendy Mossman and Phillipa McIntosh. The future home of the couple will be Hangaroa.
