Manutuke School Jubilee

The weekend of March 12-13 was an important one in the life of Manutuke School, for on those days former pupils from all parts of the country gathered for the jubilee of the school.

The celebrations started with a ball on the Friday night. On the Saturday the official opening and roll call were followed by an entertainment by past and present Maori pupils. There was a cocktail party on the Saturday evening, and a church parade on the Sunday.
