More New Citizens

Eleven people of foreign nationality became naturalised as British subjects and citizens of New Zealand at a ceremony held recently in the City Council Chambers.

Three were Dutchmen, one was an Italian, and seven were Chinese.

Most have been in Gisborne for many years.
