At Wesley Methodist Church, Ngaire, only daughter of Mr and Mrs F. M. Wells, Gladstone Road, to Trevor elder son of Mrs F. Neilson, Bartletts.
The bridesmaids were Miss Claire Neilson, sister of the groom, and Miss Helen Wells, cousin of the bride. Another cousin, Sandra Haugh, Auckland, was flower girl. Mr. R. Wells was best man, and Mr M. Taylor was groomsman.

At St. Mary's Star of the Sea Church, Audrey May Clews, the daughter of Mr and Mrs E. B. Clews, Makiri Station, Waimata Valley, to Campbell Burne Taylor, son of Mr and Mrs H. A. Taylor, 394 Aberdeen Rd, Gisborne. The bridesmaids were Heather Lundon, Gisborne, who was chief bridesmaid, and Rosemary Taylor, Gisborne.
