Ninety-One-And Still Driving
Both are alert and in good health. Indeed, Mr Shanks recently passed both driving and medical tests with flying colours so that he can continue his pastime of Sunday driving.
Gisborne's oldest car driver, Mr R. H. Shanks & Mrs Agnes Phin (above) celebrated their birthdays on consecutive days at Dunblane Home this month. Mrs Phin is 93 and Mr Shanks is 91.
