From left–Peter Adsett, who won both lives of the Level Singles, and also won the handicap singles by executing a quadruple peel; Judith Clarke, and her brother Richard Clarke (absent), won the championship doubles for the third successive year. Richard and his partner John Prince also won the New Zealand doubles, this being the third time Richard has taken the title; and brothers Kevin and Ross Smith, who have been playing for only twelve months. Kevin won the handicap doubles partnered by Linda Duke (absent), the runners-up being Judith Clarke and Peter Adsett.
