Speech And Show

The big assembly hall at the Gisborne Intermediate School was filled to overflowing for the annual speech contest, and make and model parade. The finalists for the 1974 speech contest gave the judges a very difficult task, while those who paraded in the make and model section showed quite a lot of professional poise.
