Lively Link

That very lively link between the younger and the older citizens of this city (or the world for that matter) was very much in evidence when members of the Elgin Brownies visited the residents of Te Wiremu House and presented them with flowers. There was no sign of reserve with either age group and everyone got on famously right away.

From left, Miss L. Jerram, Catherine Bernstein, Mrs F. Waldock and Margaret-Anne Smith. Mrs Waldock and Margaret-Anne are quite good friends, often stopping to chat to each other, particularly when they are out.
