Certificates Presented
Most of the 77 people who took the Public Course in First Aid, run by St John Ambulance recently, passed their exams. They were presented with their certificates by Mayor Harry Barker at an evening ceremony in the St Johh Hall.

At the ceremony Miss: Peed presented service shields to cadets Gail Raggett (left) and Christine Brown. They have completed 200 hours of volunteer nursing service. Absent: Heather Robertson.
