The Plonket Flyers

The annual fly-in weekend to Ruatoria by members of the Gisbome Pilots' Association was once again a great success. Forced landing and "bombing" competitions preceeded the hectic softball match for the "Plonket Shield" which was won by Gisbome after six years of contest for the handsome trophy.
