50 Years A Member
A member of the Country Women's Institute for more than 50 years is Mrs Mary Bimler, 73 Disraeli Street. On February 9 Mrs Bimler was accorded 90th birthday honours by members of the Tamarau C.W.I., of which she has been a member for the past 30 plus years. Before that she was a member of the Makaraka-Matawhero C.W.I, for 20 years. Mrs Bimler has always been a keen member of Institute and always enjoys each meeting.
