R.S.A. Reps
The local eliminations for the National R.S.A. Bowling championships, to be held in Hamilton in March, were conducted just before Christmas. Len File's Kahutia team won the final from Ted Williams' Poverty Bay team in a grandstand finish of 19-18 on the last end.
Kaiti With First And Runners-Up
The Kaiti Women's Bowling Club provided both the winners and runners-up in this year's open tournament for the Rahiwi Cup.
