High Fashion Hats

A "real flower hat" competition provided much interest and ingenuity for members of the Gisborne Garden Club at their last meeting for the year of '70. All sorts of materials were used with a lot of imagination. Some beautiful arrangements were also done for the open Christmas decorative section.
