How to Keep Fit in one Easy Lesson

Just go along and watch any gymnastic championships and you'll get the idea. In this case it was the Hawkes Bay championships which were held at the Y.M.C.A. stadium on August 1. The standard of fitness was high, as could be seen as the competitors went through compulsory events on the bars, vault, floor and rings.
