"Don't Go In The Lion's Cage Tonight!"

Seems we've heard that song before! Anyway lion met lion when Ridgway's circus came to town and Lions Club president Frank O'Halloran went into the lions' cage to accept a donation from the circus towards Young Nick's children's playground.

The Gisborne Surfriders Club got to work at Young Nick's playground and dug over the sand pit removing rubbish and broken glass from the area. Four riders at the project were Geoff Logan, Allan Murphy, John Gardiner and Peter Jenkins.
