Abroad With "Borax"

The plight of the Opera House is causing considerable consternation among many local folk, as to date no buyers have been evident. From recent public reports on the City Council-Kerridge Odeon negotiations, "Borax" imagines the scene as it might have been on the Peel Street-Childers Road corner, where the time-worn real estate agent's cliche "Nothing that a few minor alterations wouldn't fix" might have been heard.
