Battle Of Britain Service

More than 50 ex-members of the R.N.Z.A.F. gathered at the Gisborne War Memorial for a remembrance service on Battle of Britain Sunday last month.

Members of the Gisborne A.T.C. and Te Hapara Air Scouts were also present.

The service was conducted by Captain A. Ford, and the Salvation Army Band played the Last Post.

Mr A. H. De Costa, a former branch and Dominion president of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Association, addressed those present.
