Past pupils of Gisborne's secondary schools who have obtained academic degrees and scholarships during the past twelve months are pictured on this page.

Mrs Margaret Cull, daughter of Mr and Mrs O. J. Elliott, 111 Stout Street, who graduated B.A. from the University of Canterbury. She is now living in Wanganuti.

Miss Diane Webster, daughter of Mr and Mrs A. J. C. Webster, Haronga Road, who graduated B. A. from the University of Otago, and is now studying for her Master's degree.

Mrs Sally Dunford, daughter of Mr and Mrs R. G. A. Logan, 57 Clifford Street, who graduated B.A. from Victoria University, Wellington. She is now living in Lower Hutt.

Miss Valerie Redstone, daughter of Mr and Mrs Dudley Redstone, Hauroa Road, who has gained her Diploma of Home Science, and is now teaching in Dunedin while she continues her studies at the University of Otago for her B.A. degree.

Mr Brian Murton, son of Mr and Mrs J. Murton, Centennial Crescent, who has graduated M. A. with 2nd class honours in geography from the University of Canterbury, and is now furthering his studies at the University of Minnesota, U.S.A.

Mr Peter Bennett, son of Mr and Mrs Fred Bennett, Hexton, who graduated M. A. with honours from Victoria University, Wellington, last year, and has now obtained a scholarship to study for his D.U.P. at Sorbonne University of Paris.

Mrs Ann Richardson, daughter of Mr and Mrs I. C. Stewart, 180 Ballance Street, who graduated B.A. from the University of Canterbury. She is now living at Kawakawa Bay.
