Soaking up the sunshine among the sandhills of Tahuna Beach is lovely Anne Pointer. And is she a good advertisement for Nelson! That suntan she has acquired didn't come out of a bottle. That's Nelson sunshine. But hold it. fellers. Before you rush off to the beach, there's something you ought to know. Anne, is Mrs Anne, and she's the mother of a darlin' of a boy, Roy. Our thanks to the "Miss Nelson" for helping us out with the bikini for Anne.

Our back cover features the colour-splashed gardens of the Sunnybank Boys' Home at Wakapuaka, which have brought many car travellers to and from Nelson to a screeching halt for a quick colour pic.
