First Aid Courses

Courses in first aid have been given by the Tahunanui and Stoke divisions of St. John Ambulance recently. We popped in to record the activities of the groups. The pix at top, right and below, were taken at the Stoke course.

T. Burn supervises Myra Skinner as she works on Bob Skinner, and at top right, Mrs E. C. Wright applies an arm sling to Mrs E. C. Sutton. Mrs R. Young is really getting the treatment from Mrs K. Wells (right), while below, Avis McDowell (St John) explains a point to Maureen McAulay.

At Tahunanui, Mr M. Dayman uses resuscitation on Mr M. Tipping.

Dr W. Walker on the other end of a bandage for a change - Frances Fryer is doing the work.
