Nelson Loses to Golden Bay

Golden Bay fully deserved its win over Nelson by 16 pts to 10 at Trafalgar Park. But the game itself provided a small crowd with pretty drab fare. Here and there players stood out, on both sides, and many spectators were mentally forming the two teams into a combined pack. The talent is there. It only needs moulding. (Pix by Peter Savage).
