Australians Win Hockey

Nelson at no stage looked as if it could beat the touring Australian hockey side, when the two met at Trafalgar Park, but neither did it look as if Australia was going to win by a very big margin. But that was 10 minutes before the end of the game. In the last seven minutes, the Australians crashed into the Nelson circle and scored five quick goals to win 7-0. The game was played on a very heavy field.
