The coastal road through Mapua to Motueka is becoming increasingly popular since the road has been realigned and sealed. It is a pleasant trip, especially round by Ruby Bay which has a tranquillity all of it's own. There is a very pleasant little picnic spot a few hundred yards further on from where this picture was taken.
