The old Langbein hone, acquired for the city by the city Council and the National Historic Places Trust, is posing a few problems for the carpenters repairing the roofing. Much of the old timber, white pine, in the rafters, is riddled with borer or chewed away by rats and the men have quite a Job on their hands.
