A three-horse ploughing team entered by Mr Fergus O'Connor in the ploughing championships at Appleby, is an uncommon sight today, and a beautiful one because of its rarity. These Clydesdales of the O'Connor Bros do the heavy work on the farm and compete at shows throughout New Zealand.
