Youngsters On The Track

It seemed to us as if all the children of Richmond were assembled at the sports ground as we passed through late one afternoon. There was a fair sprinkling of adults, but they were vastly outnumbered by the children. So we stopped to find out what was going on. It seemed that we had stumbled on an evening meeting of the junior section of the Richmond Athletics Club. So we watched, and recorded on film some of the events.
