Headmaster, Mr Bill Kane and wife Florence, and children Michael, baby Peter and John and Mary, came from Levin.
Rob and Jan Ford (Rob teaches social studies and English) with children Nicola and Joanne are from Marton.
Busy building their own house at Monaco are Terry and Alison Christie, ably assisted by Mark and Diane. Terry teaches woodwork, art and physical education. They are from Tokoroa.
First assistant at the college is Mr Jack King, seen here with wife Margaret and children Hilary, Lesley, Andrew, Linda and Vivienne. Jack was formerly at Taita College.
