Bob Baigent, formerly of Wakefield, sent us this pic of himself and the Javan Rusa stag he shot at Galatea, Bay of Plenty. This is the only place in New Zealand where these deer are found and they are fairly rare and difficult to hunt. This stag rates as one of the best six shot in New Zealand.

The jaws of two white pointer sharks of 11ft and 14ft displayed by Mr N. Davis, of Richmond. Below is Mr Davis with a 14ft 6in white pointer he harpooned from a 9ft 6in dinghy in the Tory channel. Nice swimming companions!
