Maritime Exhibition
Any old mariner would have felt at home in the Nelson Sports Hall earlier this month. The plaintive cry of the gulls, the sound of breaking seas, and the wind howling through rigging was the introduction to the Iron Duke Sea Scouts' second maritime exhibition. The sound effects highlighted the huge display of ships and the sea, and a separate section dealing with vintage transport.
