One of possibly only two households enjoying television in Nelson is that of Doug Heinz, 56 Tukuka street. Doug often gets Aussie stations very clearly at night, but so far nothing from New Zealand. Thirty-six boys from Stoke Scout and Cub group had a weekend camp up the Maitai. Cubs thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Top pic shows Captain R. Murphy in role of chairman of group committee and father of table. Below we surprised the boys having a forbidden feast in their tent. The variety of expressions is proof that surprise was complete.
