Yachting Season Opens

The opening of the 1964-65 yachting season for the Aurora Sailing Club on Port Nelson provided one of the most beautiful and colourful pictures we have seen for some time. Against a backdrop of snowy peaks and in weather that was perfect in all regards, 60 yachts in several classes took part in a sail-past and competed in the opening event of the season.
