Nurses' Ball

Twenty-three nurses, finalists at the Nelson Public Hospital, were presented to Mrs H. J. H. Hiddlestone, wife of the medical superintendent, at the annual nurses' ball at Stoke. It was an extremely colourful occasion which was added to by the appearance of "Miss Brook-lands", Miss Sharon Johns, of New Plymouth.

Nurses' Ball
