A full dress parade on the Saturday afternoon at the Nelson Intermediate School was followed by sports, a social and a church parade on the Sunday, when the Nelson Battalion of the Boys' Brigade celebrated Founder's Day in Nelson. Above the parade is seen at attention, while at left the colour party waits to move on to the parade ground. The parade was inspected by Mr Trevor Horne (below).
