Celtic Rugby Club's First Ball

When the Celtic Rugby Club decided to run a ball this year, the first large-scale ball to be held in the city area for many years, it was obvious that much would have to be done to the gymnasium to convert it into a ballroom. But by dint of many hours of hard work and the great enthusiasm of members, the big gymnasium was transformed into a ballroom of soft lights and tinsel and the decorations, along with the excellent music by the Savage Club's orchestra, helped make it the great success it was.
