Easter Bowling Tourney

After being runner-up on three occasions, Jack McMahon led his Maitai club four home to a well-earned victory in the provincial Easter tournament. In the morning McMahon beat his clubmate, L. McKinnon, to go into the final where he met and beat the Wakefield four skipped by Arch Ching. It was the second successive year that a Wakefield team had finished runner-up. The tournament was again well supported, many teams from outside the province competing.
