Y.M.C.A. Older Girls' Tournament

The national Y.M.C.A. older girls' tournament title eluded the Nelson A team by only 2½ points. The trophy was won by North Shore with 6t pts. Nelson scored 58½ after gaining first placings in the basketball, volleyball, rhythmical exercises; second placings in gymnastics, and third equal in speed exercises. An excellent effort. Nelson B secured 32pts.
