Golf Foundation Tournament

The Nelson Golf Foundation concluded its season with a tournament at the Nelson club's links at Tahunanui. Entries for this event came mainly from Nelson but districts as far afield as Motueka were also represented.

The most outstanding young golfer was 15-year-old Ian Cull, who plays to a 6 Handicap. He won the under 17 title very easily.
