High Honour for Scout

During the Labour weekend camp of the Anzac Boy Scout troop at Paramatta Fiat, Mr C. W. Cannington, district commissioner of Nelson City Boy Scouts, presented Richard Duke with the Queen's Scout Certificate, a very difficult award to win. Many of the scouts' parents and friends who attended the camp for the occasion saw the boys at work and their ingenious methods of crossing streams.
