Combined Graduation Ceremony
Eight nurses from Ngawhatu and Braemar Hospitals graduated at a ceremony at Ngawhatu, recently. Guest speaker at the function was Mr G. C. Pringle, principal of Nelson Polytechnic.
The three psychiatric nurses who graduated were Staff Nurses Jim Higgins, Gwen Filer and Phil Amberger
Psychopaedic graduates were Staff Nurses Lorraine Phillips, Beverley Orange, Ruth Biggs, Linda Biss and Barbara Kennedy
