Motor-cycle Thrills
Riding a factory A.J.S.500, Noel Miller, Blenheim, won both the hill climb and South Island open scramble at the Nelson Motor Cycle Club's Labour weekend meeting. The scramble, which we have covered here, was held at Lansdowne Road on a testing track. Unluckiest competitor, was Murray Butler, Christchurch, who held a good lead over Miller in the open scramble until he came off two laps from home.
