Trap Shooting

The Nelson-Waimea Gun Club played host to shooters from clubs from quite far afield at its annual provincial championships at Appleby during Labour weekend. The shooting season is now well past, but there's nothing like the capricious flight of a club target to keep the eye in. (Pics by Peter Cooper).
