Roving Camera

A former Nelson skater, Basil Galway, returned to Nelson for a short visit, recently, and members of the local club organised a function for him. Basil is a former national 10 and 5-mile road champ and was twice a member of the New Zealand roller hockey team. Now living in England, he has played for Great Britain's roller hockey team 72 times, and returned to captain the British side.

Among those who attended the function were Charlie Cotton, Trevor Brough, Basil Galway (guest of honour), Adrian Douglas, Mike Galpin and Clint Haines
